Even from our humble beginnings we took the approach that as long as we do what is right for you, your relationship with us will continue and word will spread. We’ve been giving financial advice for over a decade now, and manage over $2billion in assets.

*Chairman’s Council, 2016 | Membership is based on prior fiscal year production. Re-qualification is required annually.

*Small Business of the Year, 2016 | Nominee companies were grouped according to their industry. Companies must have less than 75 employees. Companies must be based in the 10-county area. An independent panel of judges selected the 2016 finalists and winners based on revenue growth during the past three years as well as overall data.

*Best in Business, 2013 | Finalists and winners were picked by a panel of judges who considered financial data like profitability and other metrics.

*Top Work Places, 2016 | Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees of nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The employee survey measures 10 key engagement categories, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Responses from each question of each completed survey are compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked and winners are chosen in each size category according to their overall composite score.

*On Wall Street Branch Manager, 2013 | Honorees have been nominated by their firms and then selected from this broader field by the editors. To determine winners, this list is narrowed further by our four judges.

*Power Leaders, 2016 | The nominations were taken from the public. Nominees were then asked to rank one another in a round of voting to determine the who’s who of the finance industry.

*Best Places to Work in Middle Tennessee, 2017 | Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees of nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
